Redemption Details
After booking your activity, simply follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
On the day of your bicycle hire, please bring your voucher(s) to the listed meeting point at any time between 9 AM and 7 PM. Please present your voucher in exchange for your bike hire. You will be required to leave photo identification and a €100 deposit which is fully refunded if the bike is returned undamaged. The nearest U-Bahn station is Marienplatz.
