Note:
On occasions, Allianz Arena may be closed to the public without prior notice. If your tour is unable to visit Allianz Arena, an alternative VIP guided tour of the Olympic Stadium will be offered. Please ensure you arrive at the Bahnhofplatz by 1:10 PM, ready for your 1:30 PM departure. Children age 3 and younger may participate for free but must sit on an adult's lap.

After booking your tour—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s):
On the day of your tour, please bring your voucher(s) to the departure location and present them to your guide. Please ensure you arrive at least 20 minutes before your tour's scheduled departure time.
