Beer Hall and Brewery Tour

Get a real taste of fun-loving Bavarian culture. Tour a brewery then sample the final product as your guide takes you to a selection of watering holes, culminating in the most famous of them all—the 4000-seater Hofbräuhaus.

If Munich is the beer capital of the world, the Hofbräuhaus is the powerhouse of Bavarian drinking. After touring the city's oldest brewery to see how the amber nectar is made, you'll visit several taverns to sample a variety of ales. End your tour by celebrating Munich's favourite pastime at the Hofbräuhaus, an exuberant beerhall established in the 16th century by Duke Wilhelm V. Drink your brew at wooden tables and and sway along to the brass Ompah band, as you're served by locals dressed in traditional lederhosen.
