3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

You must telephone Gray Line Munich at least 24 hours before the day you wish to take this tour to confirm the departure place and time. Upon arrival at the departure location, please present your voucher(s) to the driver. Please arrive at 8:10 AM for an 8:30 AM departure. Important: Admission to the Crystal World is not included in the listed rates. You must pay an extra charge of 7 euros to your guide on the day of your tour.
